| The individual flash heads on the MT-24EX Twin Light allow for a wide range of positioning to help elliminate/minimize specular highlights on the subject. This is particularly handy for anterior photos which will be used by a dental lab for shade matching. Posterior shots and mirror shots can be tricky with this flash as the flash heads are farther from the lens than a ring flash. Uses 4 "AA" batteries. |

Our new Dual Point Flash Bracket allows you to create a "copy-stand" type of flash illumination to minimize specular highlights on reflective subjects. For dental photography, the bracket helps to communicate tooth color and translucency to your lab.
The bracket is designed to offer you maximum flexibility in positioning the flash heads. The bracket arms can be extended forward or backward and can be swiveled side to side. At the end of each arm is a precision ball head to allow precise alignment of the individual flash heads. The balls heads include a "hot shoe" to mount standard flashes and the shoe can be removed to reveal a standard 1/4-20 thread screw for mounting other types of photo accessories.
The Canon MT-24EX dual point flash is shown in the photos above on a Canon SLR digital camera. Currently this is the most convenient flash that can be used with the bracket. On Canon SLR cameras, you maintain the E-TTL (standard TTL) flash system of your camera. On other types of cameras, the flash would be used in the manual mode. |

The Nikon R1 Macro Flash works with all of Nikon's SLR digital cameras, but there are different configurations depending on the model. The built-in flash of D200, D80 and D70-series can control the macro flash heads wirelessly. The D50 and D2-series need the R1C1 with Nikon's SU-800 Wireless Controller. The D100 and D1-series require the R1C1 and the
SC-30 cables as these cameras did not support iTTL wireless flash control.
Includes a wide variety of accessories. Complete details of package contents can be found at: Nikon R1 Macro Flash Package Contents
Shown above is the R1C1 (2 flash heads and hot shoe controller) on the Nikon D200 digital camera.
Shown below is our new R1 Dual Point Flash Bracket. This bracket is designed to allow the Nikon R1 flash heads to be positioned next to the lens for intraoral mirror shots and posterior views. You can also turn the flash heads out to the side for esthetic anterior views, smile shots and lab communication.
